About Me

Hi, I’m Sheena.

 In July 2025 a layoff knocked me sideways, and in the aftermath I finally saw what I'd been too busy to see. 

I wasn't thriving. I was surviving. I'd been calling it strength for years, showing up for everyone, holding it all together, but it was survival dressed up as capability. And once I saw it in myself, I started seeing it everywhere. In friends, in colleagues, in nearly every woman I talked to who was quietly running on empty while everyone around her assumed she had it handled.

That's why Radiant & Rooted exists. I'm probably a little delusional for thinking I can help change the world, but I believe it happens one woman at a time, choosing herself instead of waiting for permission.

Before any of that, I'm just a person. I'm mildly obsessed with pickleball and think I'm pretty good until I plays someone who actually is. I'm a crafts & puzzle person, a music lover,  and someone who notices birds now in a way I never used to. Walks and journaling keep my mind quiet, turns out science was right about that one.

I used to lead every introduction with my title. Now I lead with who I am, because I spent years not knowing the difference and I don't want that for you either.

I live in beautiful Fort Collins, CO and I'm also a mom to three kids who've taught me more about self worth than any certification I've ever paid for. We have two dogs and one grumpy cat who make me laugh daily.

Professionally, I'm a Career Transition & Life Coach, certified through an ICF-accredited program as a Burnout Coach, and a certified NLP Level 1 Practitioner. I work with women who are really good at showing up for everyone else and have quietly lost themselves along the way. Capable, trusted, the person everyone leans on.
