Hi, I’m Sheena.

I work with capable women who are tired of overthinking, over-functioning, and carrying more than their share — and who are ready to build lives that actually feel good to live.

Life can feel heavy when we’re holding roles, expectations, and responsibilities that no longer fit. I know this terrain personally. After years of navigating career demands, motherhood, loss, and major transitions, I realized that trying to “do it all” wasn’t strength — it was survival.

That realization changed how I live and how I work.

My coaching approach is grounded, compassionate, and practical. I combine thoughtful strategy with deep listening to help you release internal pressure, reconnect with what you actually want, and make decisions without spiraling or second-guessing yourself.

This work isn’t about fixing you or pushing harder. It’s about creating space, so you can set boundaries, take aligned action, and move forward in ways that feel sustainable rather than forced.

Whether you’re navigating a career shift, a personal transition, or simply a growing sense that something needs to change, I’m here to support you without asking you to sacrifice yourself in the process.

Outside of coaching, I’m a mom to three incredible kids — Keegan, Bailey, and Madi — and a devoted walker and cuddler to our dogs, Winston and Penelope, plus Luna the cat. I love pickleball, reading, crafting, and game nights. Along with journaling and movement, these are the things that bring me back to myself.
